Guideline For Abstract Submission

1~2 page abstract (A4 Size, 297x210 mm) is required for each presentation. It should contain the title of paper, author(s), affiliation, country, e-mail address of the presenting author, and main text. The abstract should be in Word format. Please submit your abstract by sending your email to eapetea@gmail.com. The deadline for abstract submission is September 1, 2023.

The accepted abstract might be reassigned to an oral or poster presentations of appropriate topical session at the discretion of program committee.

No additional proofreading or corrections will be allowed after the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.

Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent the the e-mail address of corresponding author. Please check your email adress to make sure receiving the confirmation letter. If you have not received the confirmation letter within 1 day, please contact the EAPETEA 9 secretariat.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by EAPETEA 9 International Program Committee and Local Organizing Committee according to the procedures.

If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the early registration due date, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the EAPETEA 9 secretariat(eapetea@gmail.com) in writing as soon as possible.
